Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping (if applicable) will not be refunded unless item is found to be defective or damaged.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Print our RETURN FORM HERE and fill out entirely to return with your order.
- Ship your order within 30 days of receiving your original order. If it has been over 30 days, please do not attempt to return as it will not be accepted.
- We deduct a 15% restocking fee for returned items.
- We highly encourage you to add tracking to ensure your returns arrival.
- Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once we have received your package.
- If you are exchanging your item, we charge $4 to assist with the additional shipping we incur. We will send you an invoice to pay the fee before shipping the exchanged items.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is damaged or incorrect. In this case, please email us at email@example.com so we may assist you. We will accept a damaged or faulty band up to 6 months from your purchase date for a replacement. Guaranteed.
