Where do you ship from?

• Utah, USA - We warehouse all our own bands and ship directly from Utah in most cases within 1-2 business days.

Are your bands made in the USA? 

• Our bands are made in Asia. We have a fabulous team there who work with us specifically to make quality bands. Our team has fair trade work practices.
• One day we would love to move our production to the USA but it is very costly and it will take time.

Do these bands fit my series of watch?

• All our bands are made to fit the watch face mm size and will fit all series of watches. 
• Watch faces with the 38mm, 40mm and 41mm fit the same band.
• Watch faces with the 42mm, 44mm, 45mm and 49mm fit the same band. 
• The only exception is bands with bumpers. The bumpers need to specifically fit the watch face size.

Will the new Series 7 and 8, (41mm, 45mm and 49mm) fit your bands?

• Yes! The 41mm with fit the 38mm/40mm/41mm and the 45mm and 49mm will fit the 42mm/44mm/45mm/49mm bands.

Do you offer free shipping?

• Yes! To be competitive with other brands on Amazon, we choose to offer free US shipping. You can upgrade to Priority shipping if you prefer.
